Can't logoff

For some reason the taskbar icon running in processes has to be killed in order for the computer to allow us to logoff

Anyone have the same thing happening?

Basicall CTRL ATL DEL and then kill the FBACKUP process and it allows us to logoff

Please help!!

Is there any backup in progress?
Can you send me the log for the last backup job executed before the problem appeared?

How do I get you the log?

What I know is the client is saying that at the end of the day it can't log off

But during the day he tried it a few times and it works

When I kill the process it logs off immediately

Hi,

Can you see if there is some backup in progress?
To find the log file, please right-click the backup job and select View Logs->Last backup log.
Send it to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
