code 5 error updating from build 266

I am trying to update from version 4.7 to 4.8 and keep getting a code 5 error.

Hi,
Please kill the process for that file and try again. We will fix this problem.

I am not sure what you mean by "kill the process". If you mean don't install - then OK - I am still using the 4.7 - and I really do love your program - it is so easy to use. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Kill the process means to end that task from Task Manager.
