I receive an error after the backup has written all files to an external hard disk successfully. Here's the error: "Could not copy "C:\Documents and Settings\The Merc\Application Data\Softland\FBackup 4\fkcFiles\Seagate USB 400Gig BackUp.fkc" to "M:\Seagate USB 400Gig BackUp.fkc". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." Using Windows Explorer, I opened "C:\Documents and Settings\The Merc\" and do not find any folder named "Application Data". Any ideas?

Hi,
Please note the "Application Data" folder is hidden by default by your OS. You need to display hidden files to be able to see that folder or you can type its name in the Windows Explorer address bar
