Could not create schedule task - Access is denied

Post by Bruce Fraser »

I'm using FBackup 5.0.192.
I set up a backup, and it works fine.
But when I try to schedule it, I get this error message:
==============
Could not create schedule task
Access is denied
==============

Changing the user makes no difference (that is, with or without password);
Changing the "Test after backup" makes no difference.

Hi,

1. Do you use an administrator account?
2. Can you manually create a scheduled task from Control Panel->Task Scheduler?

Re: "1. Do you use an administrator account?"

Ah, that was the trick. I did that, and it works like a dream now.
Thanks for your help.
