"Could not create scheduled task" after upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10

Hi,
I've recently upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 10. After that my scheduled tasks stopped being launched. First I deleted all scheduled tasks from the Windows Scheduler. But when I tried to create new ones, I got a message: Could not create scheduled task. Cannot find file.
Has anybody any hint, what can be the reason of that?

Can you manually create a scheduled task in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler and save it to see if it works (doesn't need to be for FBackup, just any task to see if it's not a problem with permissions)?
