Destination error (code 1359)

Post by bocamike »

Recently discovered my Backups were not working properly. The log file shows the following error messages Destination error (code 1359) and Destination error (code 5) see sample log file below. I am running on a Windows 7 Ultimate machine 64 bit. Fbackup was working properly in Nov but seems to have had problems since then. Not sure if it was a windows update or a permissions problem but I have full administrative rights.

Hi,

Can you manually copy some of the skipped file?
For example: C:\users\Public\OBBoca01TEST.dat

Hi,

Copying the file manually also causes an error. Therefore, I believe it is a Windows permission issue between network drives. Thanks for the help. Windows permissions can be a pain in the ass considering I am already have administrative privileges. Thanks again.
