Some directories when selected only show sub directories and no files. Specifically C:\Windows\System32\Config. It shows sub directories and files under the subdirectories. But not the files under C:\Windows\System\Config. Whie there are many, most particularly SAM, SAM.LOG1, SOFTWARE, SOFTWARE.LOG1, SYSTEM and SYSTEM.LOG1

Please note you should not back up system folders, as FBackup was not designed for system backup, but for data files backup only.
