I like to restore a previous backup, it keep asking the password. I have enter it, still wrong password. Is there a way that you can send me the password if I send the backup-set to your email or dropbox? I use FBackup 6.4 on a Windows server 2008 std

Hi,
We cannot do that as we cannot verify you are the real owner of that backup catalog/zip file. Can you extract the zip file (outside FBackup) using the same password?
If not, you need to remember the correct password.
