Error ID 1033 server 2008

I'm getting error id 1033 when I start fbackup on a 2008 server. The program closes instantly. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and I get the same error once I try to run it. I have downloaded the latest version from this site too. I'm lost and in need of help :)

We don't have such problems here.

Can you give us access to your computer using Logmein or TeamViewer?
