I tried to run FBackup (free version) and received the following error code:

Exception EWinRTException in module bTray.exe at 00D3F0F6.
Cannot get factory for class
Windows.UI.Notifications.ToastNotificationManager.

Can you help me with this error code?

Hi,

Please make sure you have the latest version of FBackup 8.0.155 installed.
If you still have the problem, go to File->Options->Startup and updates, then uncheck the "Show tray icon" option.
