Excluded files are not deleted in backup

I'm running a mirror backup with Fbackup 5.0.396 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Files that have been excluded are not being deleted in the backup folder, even though I have specified that option in the mirror backup properties.

Are there any new or modified files to be also backed up?
