Dear All,
I am installing the new FBackup software ver 6.0 build 129 and soon after I double click on the setup program and the fbackup logo loads, it encounters an error "FBackup 6.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the Inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something , the information you were working on might be lost". The operating system is Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Service Pack 2 with a 4GB RAM and Intel Xeon Processor. Can anyone help with a solution pls.

Please make sure the antivirus does not block the execution of the program.
Do you have any backup jobs configured in FBackup?
