I am using FBackup to tx files to a new PC. But the fist time I ran it, it crashed the entire computer and I had to reboot. Now the loading screen appears for a few seconds, then vanishes, and no app activity is shown at all in Task Manager. I did have a thumbdrive plugged in, but removing it makes no difference.
Grateful for any pointers.

Hi,
We don't have such problems here with FBackup crashing on startup. We are not aware of such an issue.
1. Please make sure FBackup is not blocked by the antivirus/firewall.
2. If you still have the problem, try to uninstall and reinstall it, from Control Panel.
