FBackup extremely Slow 8.0.148 on Win10

I have been using fbackup for years, love the product.
Just re-did a workstation to Win10 pro and tried running normal nightly backup to a shared folder on another machine.
It stalled at 3% and the log file has error 59 and 1236.
What normally took a couple of hours for a first-time backup has been running over 9 hours since going to Win10.

The job passed the test for authentication, don't understand what is happening. Any ideas?

The backup speed should be the same
