I have two machines running Windows 7 64 bit. I installed FBackup on one machine and it works great (thank you so much!). However, there are problems on the second machine. Whenever I try to launch the application, it immediately crashes. No windows open, nothing flashes, just the error message pops up.
I've tried running in safe mode, compatibility mode, and running as an administrator; yet, the same thing happens each time. Below is the information from the problem details section of the crash pop up message. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi,
Please try to uninstall and reinstall the application.
If you still have the problem, can you give us access to your computer using TeamViewer to see exactly what the problem is? If yes, please send us an email to info[at]fbackup[dot]com to discuss when we can connect.
