FBackup won't run at all!

Just downloaded Fbackup. it appeared to install OK but won't run. Appears in task manager(processes) for a few seconds then disappears.
Win 7 Ultimate 64b

Dell Vostro 400 4gb RAM
Tried running as Administrator but made no difference?

Hi,
Please make sure no antivirus, antispyware or firewall is blocking FBackup.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Disabled av, antispyware & firewall. Still get same event!
