FBackup won't start or launch

Hello,
I'm facing an issue with FBackup on Windows—it just won't start or launch. I've tried restarting my computer, running it as an administrator, and even reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Please make sure fbackup.exe is not running in Task Manager.
If it's running, kill that process. Also kill btray.exe and bservice.exe processes.

Then rename this folder to something else:
"C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\FBackup 9\"

After that, try again to open FBackup. It should start with no backup jobs.
Open in FBackup the .fkc catalog files from the backup destination to reload the backup jobs in application.
