feb 20 update failure

when running the feb 20 update I get a failure. failure code 5 failure to delete a file

Can't seem to update to builds 261 or 263...code 5 failures. Tried several times before giving up.

Hi,
Please make sure FBackup is closed and no other fbackup.exe process is running in Task Manager. After that, try to install the new build.
