Hello,
I have been doing a mirror back-up to an external hard drive for several years now. While moving to a new computer recently I discovered that while the folder structure had been backed up, many folders were completely empty. I've reviewed the logs and am not seeing any evidence of issues in backing them up. I've also check that I wasn't applying any exclude filters. I am wondering if you have any ideas as to why my files are missing and/or how that issue can be corrected. I have otherwise been quite happy with FBackup... but won't be continuing to rely on it until we have this figured out.
Thanks,
Adam

Re: Files missing in mirror backup
Hi,
Can you send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file (from the backup destination) to info[at]fbackup[dot]com ?
Do the missing files have the same extension? of file type?
