Trying to install the updated software [fbsetup(5)] but always get an error "DELETE FILE FAILED;CODE 5. ACCESS IS DENIED.
Have tried again after a restart but get the same error

Please make sure the setup was completely downloaded on your computer and no antispyware application is blocking FBackup.

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded & ran the set-up file again, with the AVG antivirus software disabled but I still get the same message

The problem was solved by just downloading and installing FBackup.
