installing stays at 0%

installing stays at 0%

I've tried running the Fbsetup.exe from the Fbackup website and downloading it and running it from my hard drive. Both processes fail at the same point. It hangs up at "Installing 0%". Very frustrating. :cry:

Please try downloading the .msi file from: http://www.fbackup.com/download/setup/fbsetup.msi
