Invalid Parameters

Just installed a fresh copy of fbackup build 314 and when windows (xp) boots up, fbackup loads and displays a dialog with the error message "Invalid Parameters"

I haven't used the software yet, so there are no back up jobs configures.

Any ideas what parameters are invalid?
