I am also having this issue, regularily, on a scheduled job set to run at 10:00PM. Version: 5.0.245
Fails to backup Outlook files, with this message. Fails on 10 different Outlook files.

12/5/2013 10:00:16 PM] Warning: Skipping file C:\Users\Dana\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\[email protected]
Source error (code 33). The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.

Backs up correctly when run manually.
I have gone in the task scheduler and updated to the "Run with highest privileges" option.
I will see what happens tonight.

Hi,

It seems there is a permission issue which differ from running the backup manually and scheduled.
Please use the same permissions.

Hey guys,

The run with highest priviledges worked great...until I upgraded versions.

Now, even with the run as highest privs checked in windows scheduler (I checked) I am once again getting the following error:

Warning: Skipping file
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process (TLFNFileStream.CreateFile) (srFileOpenError)

In the new version did something get changed that might have messed up the shadow copy?

Even running it manually no longer works, same error. Any suggestions would be great. :)
