Hi,

Since have upgrade to FBackup9 somethings wrong with network destinaton folder, when I test network connection on «destination» wizard window, all look good but when a schedule backup run I always have an error «The user name or password is incorrect»

With version 8 have no problem.

I Have always the same problem with build .221, do you have an idea why the network authentification doesn't work with version 9.x ?

After upgrade to build 223 I have always the same problem. I recreate the job and when the network connection test good but when he run it, I have "The user name or password is incorrect" error.

I seriously need help about it!

Nop I just testing with setup the option «Run whether the users is loggued on or not» and the same things happen

Hi,

Please restart the computer and do not access the network.
Open FBackup and test the network connection.
Does it works?

Do you have the same problem if you map the network drive and use the mapped drive as backup destination?

Problem solved

Just map a short cut of my network drive on the desktop and my scheduled job work good.
