Not all files are backing up

I notice that some files I created earlier today are not backed up (I use Mirror option). If I look at the Modified date of the source file, it is correct. The same file on the destination is from a few days before.

When I look in the log file, I see:
Cannot use USN journal for this backup. Reason: USN journal disabled in settings

What do I need to do to ensure my Mirror backups actually work every day?

Hi,

Please send us the last backup log and also the .fkc catalog file from destination to info[at]fbackup[dot]com, to see what the problem is.

I did a full backup of all my files and then the next backup seemed to work fine. BUT... what does this mean in my log file?

Hi,

That is just an informative message. It does not apply in your case, you don't have to worry about that.
