After four trys to install the Fbackup update 5.5.835, I keep getting the message: "You've already installed 5.4.813." Then, when I tried to run my v.813, it stopped responding and I have no access to my catalog of whatever is needed to properly run Fbackup. The files are still on my USB drive but I cannot seem to access them or update them using FBackup with this distressing complication. Now, what?
Update: after shutting down my PC, forcing Fbackup to close, I rebooted my PC and ran Fbackup. It worked okay. I was able to get a current backup using the 5.4.813 version. That was a BIG relief! However, then I tried the update to 5.5.835 again and still got the message "You've already installed 5.4.813." So, something is definitely still malfunctioning in connection with the 5.5.835 update. Please fix. Thank you.
