Problem shutdown

Automatic shutdown does not work and give me a bug with bTray.exe application. Windows 10 Pro give me this error but after shutdown, Windows 7 Pro it is not possible close the application in automatic and shutdown after.
I have a bug report, where can i send it?

Hi,

You can disable the btray from File->Options->Startup and updates, by unchecking the "Show tray icon" option.

Hi,

sorry for the delay, I tried with unchecking the "Show tray icon" option and when it is finished there is no window but the computer does not turn off.

Hi,

Are you sure that is related to FBackup?
Please see the Windows logs or check the Event viewer to see what was running at that time.
