Resolved: Stuck on 'Creating files list'

Hello

I've just completed a mirror backup with Backp4all without problem.

The next mirror backup (different source & destination) seems to be permanently stuck on "Creating files list." I have successfully backed up a couple of files by deleting most of the source locations, which is some progress. I'm going to try with a bigger subset next.

Is there any way of fixing this, or at least identifying the problem? Maybe I'm trying to back up too much data?

Any ideas would be very welcome.

OK, seems this wasn't actually a problem. Although the progress bar was showing 0 progress, opening the details pane showed that it was actually progressing.

How many source files were in that backup job?
