Restore not working

Restore not working
I'm trying to restore a back on a different computer. The restore runs for about two seconds, it says the restore completed successfully, but no files are restored. It doesn't matter what I select. The log says 0 files restored. Any ideas? this seems to work intermittently. I opened it once and was able to restore a couple of folders. I tried the same folders again, no luck. I also tried several destination drives to restore to. Nothing seems to work.

Hi,
In the Restore Wizard, did you select the "Restore excluded and deleted files" option?
If not, please select it and try again to run the restore.
Let us know if you still have the problem.
