Rotating Ext HDD backup failing
I am hoping I am not the only one that cannot figure out how to configure Backup4All to use rotating external hard drives. The only setting I can find to change is the 'Rotate Disks' on the Destination page under External Hard drive. Even though I have that box checked, when I remove the first drive and plug in the second, the backup fails because the drive letter is not the same. I have tried assigning each external hard drive the same drive letter in Disk Manager, and still no luck.

Hi,
The external drives must have the same drive letter in order to use the rotation scheme. You can change the drive letter from the Disk Management page of Computer manager.
