Screen Display Size

I am using an Hp Pavilion laptop with 15.5" screen, Win 8, FBackup 5 Bld 192.
When attempting to setup Preferences, particularly Scheduler, the NEXT, OK, CANCEL, etc. buttons at the bottom of most of the pages are hidden below the bottom edge of the screen and thus are not useable (cant get to them to click on them).
Is there a display size adjustment I have not found yet?
Do you need to adjust the vertical height code of the page?

Try to maximize the window with problems. Can you see the buttons after that?
