starburn.dll error 998

Hellow:
When i launch fbackup i get the error:
Cannot find the import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version file "starburn.dll", error 998
file starburn.dll is in the same folder that is fbackup
i deleted and reinstalled fbackup but i get same error.

Yes, i have Windows 2000 Server, i uninstalled fbackup and installed latest fbackup 4.4, but the problem is the same.

You did not understand. I asked you to install the latest updates for Windows 2000, not for FBackup.
