The point is that I want the backup to scan all the files, check what has changed, and back it up.
Even though in practice - only a few tens require backup.
The question is - is it possible to control the parameters that check the difference between the files? Size, date modified, bitrate, etc.?

Normally, FBackup will use multiple criteria to determine which files were modified and needs to be backed up: Size, Date modified, Date created, Read-Only, Archived, Hidden, System.
If you want to customize them, you can do that only in our commercial edition: Backup4all.
