I'm trying to restore from a recent backup file. I have selected the backup files to be restored and everything up to this point seems to be ok. When I execute the restore process I get a pop up window with the error message "file not found". The log is listed below:

Re: Trouble restoring
Hi,
Does this file exists? \\Seagate-Cloud\usb1-1share1\Server Backup\Server Backup\4_E.zip
Is it accessible during the restore?

Re: Trouble restoring
No. The file does not exist and the restore will not start without it.

Re: Trouble restoring
Hi,
If the backup file is missing, you won't be able to restore the files.
