V9.9 Build 969 won't selectively restore

V9.9 Build 969 won't selectively restore

When trying to restore a specific directory, using these settings:
Use Original Location
Choose files and restore latest version
Deselecting ALL checkboxes except for the directory I want to restore

Even with the setting above, v9.9 Build 969 will restore EVERYTHING in the backup set. It did this not once, not twice, but three times as I worked to verify I had everything selected properly. Either there is a bug, or I am doing something incredibly stupid.

Please help me identify which.

I also seem to be unable to locate any relevant logs that contain information related to these restores - where would they be?

Hi,

We were not able to reproduce the problem here.
Only the selected file/folder was restored.

Please try to restore the files to a new folder and see if you can reproduce the problem, as you might already have some of the source files in the original location (not to create confusion).

Still the exact same issue. See screenshots. I stopped the restore mid-process after it was trying to restore other folders/files than I had selected. What can be done?
This is definitely reproducible.

Hi,

I was able to reproduce the problem.
It appears only if you also have sources added with a plugin in the same backup job.

I will create a ticket for this problem and we will fix it.
