Hi,
I cannot reproduce the problem here after testing on different 32 bit Windows 7 OS.

If the older VscSrv file works for you, then you can continue using it.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
I have begun to think that it has nothing to do with whether I am using a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows7. I think it probably has something to do with my using older hardware. Any help would be appreciated. I hate mysteries.
