I have been running backups for a while, but for extra security I would like to copy backup files manually to a separate USB Hard drive, which I'll keep separately. I have tried to do a simple "copy" action in Windows Explorer, but the "Preparing to copy" window pops up, and stays there for 10 - 15 minutes, and no copying seems to happen. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to do this?
Thanks for any help offered.
Regards
Steve

Hi,
1. Please make sure you have the latest version of FBackup 4.5.234
2. Go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services.
3. Make sure the Volume shadow copy service is started.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
