hello,
when i run the backup for word document that i change it inside (the correspondent) the file in the backup drive don't change and stay like the previous. how can i backup that?

Hi,
Are you saying that you changed the sources file and it is not backed up again when you press the backup button?

yes,
i have changed the file but not the name of the file - maybe it because that is docx file?

Hi,
If it exists in the backup sources, it should be backed up no matter the extension.
If you go to Backup Properties->Sources, can you see that file in the tree?

i have change to .doc and now its work and backup.
