FBackup 4.8, Win 7: Am I correct in assuming multiple plugins cannot be used on a single backup job? Trying to add another plugin seems to cancel the previously chosen plugin. Thank you!

Yes, that is correct. Only one plugin per job is allowed.
If you want to use multiple plugins, you have to create a job for each plugin.
