When installing a program update, I get the follwing error message:

"An error occurred when trying to install an existing file:

DeleteFile failed; code 5

Access is denied."
I definitely have administrator rights. Can you help ?

Please uninstall FBackup and make sure all files were removed from the installation folder.

Try again to install FBackup.
