Does FBackup backup hidden files? System files?

I know it is not meant to be an image, but does it grab these files?

Also, how does it deal with files the current user doesn't have access to, like in the instance where more than 1 person uses a computer?

FBackup can back up hidden or system files, but as you said it was not designed for system backup. There are cases when the system files cannot be copied because of the permissions or other reasons.

FBackup cannot back up files you don't have access to. You can test if you have access permissions with Windows Explorer to that folder.
