Bug -- Pause did not + sequential runs required

Bug -- I had 4 backups going at the same time (on fast i7 Windows box), and I pushed "Pause" for each.
Nothing paused, even after 30 minutes. Quite bothersome. Version 4.8 was smarter:
1) Pause worked in version 4.8
2) Starting 4 jobs ran them *sequentially* in version 4.8 which was great! Version 5 puts them in parallel (yes, they are set at a lower priority but the machine gets too crunched).
=> Version 5 *requires* an enhancement (please!) option to run backup jobs sequentially and not in parallel!
Plus you might want to fix Pause so it works (this is actually less important than allowing sequential runs of several backups started at the same time).
