Backup to Label not to drive letter (Windows)

I have more removable drives than USB ports in my PC.
The backup destination is defined by a drive letter. When I unplug a backup drive and plug another in the same port, then plug the backup drive in any free port, the letter of the backup drive often changes.
The whole process is lost until I revert the proper letter in a drive manager, but often this letter is already taken by another drive currently in use.
Can I assign a drive label, that is always constant, instead of a variable letter for backup?
To make a mirror copy without compression to a drive <LABEL> any time the drive is plugged in.
