Hi, can I do one full backup and then do incremental backups after that, and have the ability to roll back to a set data anyway from the first full backup to the latest incremental backup. If I can how do you do this?
Regards
Damien

Hi,
You cannot do that in FBackup. This feature is available only in our commercial application: Backup4all.

FBackup includes the Full backup type which will create complete backup every time and the Mirror backup type which only updates the new files overwriting the old ones.

If the Mirror backup is only updating the new files and overwriting the old, isn't that like an incremental backup. The entire contents of the backup will always be there but each time it runs in Mirror mode, it will only update the new files. Does this mean it skips the existing files that have not changed?

Hi,
Yes, Mirror type is a kind of incremental, but it won't keep track of file versions and will not zip the files.
