I keep getting a notification that Version 4.6.260 is available as an update.
I can download and extract OK but the installation is fraught.
I have tried unsuccessfully a couple of times to install it but the installation fails after a few seconds, so I have had to cancel and roll it back.
Can anyone explain why this is happening and what I should do?

Hi,
Please make sure you deleted the Temporary Internet Files.

Download again FBackup from: http://www.soft112.com/fbackup-free-bac ... tml?auto=y
If you still have the problem, please tell us the exact message you receive.

I have also had trouble with installation. The installer raised an error dialog twice:
"An error occured while trying to replace the exisiting file. DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied."
It was for these files:
fbaSched.exe and Starbuen.dll
The installation program was run as administrator.

Hi,
Please open Task Manager, and kill this process "fbaSched.exe"

Try again to run the setup.
