Hi,

At this moment we did not tested it under that environment.
Please test it and let us know the results.

Olá! O Plugin não faz todo o processo de backup? Ainda sim é preciso buscar as pastas manualmente no Outlook?
Desculpe se entendi errado.

Grato

Hi,

If you use the plugin, there is no need to manually pick those folders. This article is useful in case you don't use the plugin.

You mentioned the plugin will do the necessary work but not what the plugin is actually called? When I searched for 'Outlook' in the plugin page, it didn't find anything. Would you please tell me/us what the plugin is called that we should use to backup all our Microsoft Outlook 2007 data/information?

Also the above instructions don't seem to include the necessary instructions for my Window 7 OS PC because I could not locate my contacts file in the mentioned folders. Is there another page I haven't been able to find that can help me backup all my email data correctly?

Thanks for your help in advance and /I look forward to your help. Thanks : )

Hi,

The plugin is installed in FBackup automatically, you cannot find it in the manage plugins list.
