Pictures folder empty when restoring

Hello

I have a computer with two users and have had Fbackup installed since around version 4 or 5.

A recent hard drive crash means we have had to use our backup to restore the files and folders for our users.

C:users\ and then the two folders, all boxes ticked were backed in the back up.

When we have restored the backup, one users has pictures in their pictures folder, the other does not!

Can anyone help with what has happened and if its possible they can be got back? A search on the users profile shows .jpeg and .jpgs are included as photos in other folders were backed up.

Looking through the backed up .zip files shows there were some folders in the pictures folder at some point, but only one folder or so.

Many thanks

Hi,

If only one user has the images in backup, it means the other user files were probably not included in backed up.
Do you have the backup logs for that job?

Hello Softland

The file is too big to send by email 50+MB!

What is the best way to get this to you?

Thanks
