When trying to run a Backup, I get an error box that says:
"An error has occurred in the application. Please make sure you have the latest version by selecting Help->Check for updates from the menu bar."
I have updated to version 4.7 build 266 and still get this error messages. I even deleted the older version, removed the file directory and installed 4.7 fresh.
Need help.... I'm currently running with no backup

Hi,
Please close FBackup and rename this folder:

C:/Users/current user/AppData/Roaming/Softland/FBackup 4
Do you still have the problem?
