Has anyone else tried to use FBackup with a screen reader?
I am using NVDA, to modify the properties of a defined backup job, but cannot find a way to get it to focus on the list of properties in the left hand pane.
It opens the Properties pane as if it is expecting me to enter someting in the General section on the right. What I need to do is to switch to the Mirror section, but I cannot get it to focus on the left hand entries unless I use the mouse.
I am sighted and can do this, but the person I am installing FBackup for is blind and cannot.
Please could I ask for advice from users or for better accessibility tools from the developers?
The main screen does have an accessible menu bar (ALT + F will open the File Menu, etc), but even here I cannot switch between the 2 defined backup jobs in the narrow left pane, as I cannot focus the keyboard on this pane.
Am I missing something?

Hi,
There is no need to create multiple posts for the same problem. You already created a post here: http://www.fbackup.com/forum/topic/fbac ... is-running and I told you we will fix that.

Sorry, but this is a different issue from the other one. That was a crash, when FBackup4 stops responding (thanks for saying you will fix it).
This one is because the screen reader cannot see the tree of options.

This is a problem:

- on the main screen, where you have more than one backup job defined and you need to select from the small left hand pane (if I roll the mouse over this pane the screen reader says "T Virtual Draw Tree")

- on the Properties window, which opens with the focus on the category you last changed, but where you want to move to one of the other categories in the left hand pane eg from General to Advanced (if I roll the mouse over this pane the screen reader says "BST options")

Please could you give me an update on my request to make FBackup more accessible for blind users? Did you find a way to fix it and is there a schedule for implementation?

Hi,
The problem was not fixed yet. I cannot tell you exactly when it will be fixed.
