Been a long time Fbackup user and I love the product.  I recently got a new computer so I downloaded the newest version to make my daily Outlook.pst file backup.  I have noticed that Fbackup 9.4.464 can't do a scheduled backup because it says the file is locked, but if I do it manually within the software, it will do that job properly.  I have tried to change the scheduler configuration without success.
On the same computer, I downloaded the version 8 and the scheduled backup works!  
On my other computer with 9.4.464, the volume shadow works fine backing up the same Outlook.pst file.
I have emailed you guys the error log file. Thanks.

So I downloaded Backup4all 9.4 to test and still got the same error for the scheduled backup.  If I run manually, the backup will proceed.  At this point only version 8 is able to run scheduled backups on my computer for some reason.  Please assist.

Hi,
Please put FBackup 9 in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.
